Thank you for booking a private hire at Kidzbiz.
Please take the time to read through the following as it details and explains details regarding your booking:-
TIME: The play structure is for your sole use at the time stated on your confirmation letter. Your session will last for a maximum of two hours unless, of course, you have booked multiple sessions. As we may have another group in just before yours, we would appreciate it if you ask your guests to arrive for the allocated time and not any earlier as they will not be allowed in until that time. We also ask for prompt vacation of the centre at the end of your session. After the party, please make sure all your guests have left the premises safely before leaving Kidzbiz.
NUMBERS: Maximum number 50 children up to age of 10 years and 40 for 11 years upwards (including mixed aged groups).
SUPERVISION: On arrival, please make yourself known to the staff as we will require you to remain in reception until you have greeted all your guests into the building. Anyone who turns up late will not be admitted into the building until you have verified that they are with your group. For larger groups who have unfamiliar people attending, may we suggest a ticket or invitation system that they bring along with them to get in or a list of names that you can tick off as they arrive.
REFRESHMENTS: Snacks and hot drinks may be purchased from our café. We would appreciate it if eating and drinking could be restricted to a small area of the seating area so that there is less clearing up for you at the end. We do allow you to bring in your own food and drink if you have chosen this option and have paid the £20 fee. You may also bring a birthday cake.
PRE-ORDERED BUFFET: Hot food or a cold food buffet can be ordered and paid for in advance at the advertised rates. Reasonable amounts of squash are provided within this price, all other drinks may be purchased from the café. (The buffet/food will be laid out in the seating area).
PLEASE ADVISE YOUR GUESTS:
- All guests are to remain inside the building.
- Wear socks, keep long hair tied and keep arms and legs covered.
- ONE at a time and sensible behaviour is required on all pieces of equipment.
- There are no height restrictions for Private functions so we ask patrons to be careful when using the framework and to adhere to the general site rules.
- No throwing of balls and keep them in the ball pools.
- No gum, food or drink to be taken onto the framework.
- No studded belts to be worn.
- To respect any instruction given by a member of staff.
- Although we endeavour to have all our equipment available on the evening, (except the drop slide) we cannot be held responsible if some of the equipment has for whatever reason been closed off to the public.
There will be a minimum of two members of staff on duty. They are not there to supervise your group but only to supervise certain areas of the building and to look out for misuse of any facilities. You are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of your group. Kidzbiz staff will not tolerate any bad behaviour, fighting, verbal or physical abuse from children or adults and if for any reason the staff deem it necessary, they have the right to stop the party, clear the framework and close the building. In these circumstances, there will be no refunds or correspondence being entered into. You may be required to pay for any damage other than that caused through normal wear and tear. Kidzbiz politely reserves the right to postpone any booking at short notice due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Kidzbiz holds many parties which some still might be taking place until 6.15pm in other party rooms in the building.
Although it should not disrupt your party in any way, it is possible that there may be a few parents walking in and out of the room whilst collecting their children. This party should finish between 6pm & 6.15pm.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations.
