Refund Policy for Services or Attendance of a Children’s Party, Exclusive Hire of the Venue and Discounted Entry Vouchers Purchased Online and Policy Regarding Cancellation of Services or Attendance of above items Purchased Online
You may cancel a booking for a Children’s Party, Private Hire or Discounted Entry Voucher during a cooling off period of 7 days and receive a full refund. The only exception to this will be if this is a late or short notice booking for an event that will occur in less than 14 days from the date of purchase.
Once this cooling off period has lapsed the following refund policy applies. Substitution of an alternative name or date/time is acceptable at any time. Our refund policy is as follows. 80% refund for cancellations given in writing more than thirty calendar days from the delivery of a Party/Private Hire/Discounted Entry Voucher.
For client cancellation of the booking with less than thirty calendar days but more than 10 calendar days prior to the booked date we will refund 50%. For cancellations of less than 10 calendar days no refund is payable. There is no refund available after attendance. Customers may seek references from the service provider in advance to ensure that the parties they have booked or the service they have purchased meets their clearly stated expectations.
